Service and Advice
The Pika team is present for your service during the usual opening hours. Please use primarily the telephone, mail or the online shop for your communication with us. For parts being picked up, please notify us about your order in advance so that the goods and invoice are ready at the time of collection.
Shipping
We continue to ship daily with DHL, UPS, Nightstar-Express and Carrier, but have no influence on the local conditions or restrictions of the respective countries.
Ability to deliver
Due to global restrictions in air traffic, our fast, weekly goods receipts from the USA are no longer available.
We use our well-developed network in Europe to find short-term alternatives (special procurement) for our customers.
As a full-range supplier, we stock appropriate quantities of maintenance, wear and spare parts including accessories in the Friedberg central warehouse to keep your vehicle running during these troubled weeks . We are also increasing the frequency of our ocean freight containers from the USA, so that there will be constant replenishment.
We are in direct contact with the American manufacturers and our colleagues in the USA, in particular Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO).
